| Belair-Edison Community Association Celebrating 60 Years of Service! The Belair-Edison Community Association is one of the oldest in the city, having served the community since 1948. BECA works with residents, neighborhood partners, the police, and city officials to address and resolve community concerns.
Today, BECA remains an energetic all-volunteer organization. Neighborhood volunteers do everything from sprucing up the community, volunteering at festivals, sharing information with one another, caring for our senior citizens and youth, and taking part in block improvement projects. |
