An initiative designed to attract and retain dedicated homeowners to stable city neighborhoods, Healthy Neighborhoods offers low-interest mortgage loans and home improvement loans to those who qualify-along with the technical and moral support to make sure everything happens smoothly. The program is a joint effort between the city, the state, local foundations, banks, and community groups.
