Block Clean-Ups
Have you noticed litter on your block and want to do something about it? Why not suggest a clean-up with your neighbors? Our Community Engagement Specialist can assist you with creating fliers about the event, obtaining supplies & much more. Block Improvement Projects
Would you like a new Dusk-To-Dawn Light to brighten up your homes exterior? Could your lawn benefit from brand new potted shrubs? Does your address plaque look a little outdate? Whether you need help mobilizing your block, getting supplies, or securing funding, we are here to help you with your block improvement project needs. Block improvement projects are designed to enhance the beauty on your block, forge relationships with your neighbors and build a stronger community overall. Healthy Neighborhoods, Inc.
Belair-Edison is one of Baltimore’s ten Healthy Neighborhoods, an initiative designed to attract and retain dedicated homeowners to stable city neighborhoods. Healthy Neighborhoods supports community improvement and offers low-interest mortgage and home improvement loans to those who qualify along with the technical and moral support to make sure everything happens smoothly.
