 | One-Plus-One Trash And Recycling Collection
Household Trash What should you put your trash in? Every city household is required to have a sufficient number of trash receptacles that are in good condition, water-tight, and have fitting lids.When should you put your trash out? You should set out your trash for pick-up on the morning of your collection day by 7 a.m. In Belair-Edison we have trash collections on Friday. Single Stream Recycling Baltimore City offers single stream recycling collection on Wednesdays. All recyclables (paper, plastic, and glass) should be placed out by 7 a.m. Wednesday morning and can go in the same container -- either a cardboard box, recycling bin, or trash can marked "recycling." For more information, go to www.cleanergreenerbaltimore.com. |  | Bulk Trash In Belair-Edison, your bulk trash day is either the 3rd Monday or the 3rd Tuesday of the month. In order to have your bulk items removed, you must call 410-361-9333 at least 3 business days before your bulk trash day in order to make arrangements to have your items taken or you may schedule an appointment online: https://baltimore.customerservicerequest.org/web_intake_balt/Controller. Once you have called to make arrangements for bulk trash pick up, set out everything no later than 7:00 a.m. on your bulk trash pickup day. You may leave up to 3 bulk items outside your fence in the alley, and they will be picked up as long as you have called in advance. What types of items will be collected? Furniture, appliances, and mattresses. What types of items will NOT be collected? Auto parts, building materials, and hazardous materials. |
